Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the sales organization, setting clear sales strategies, targets, and execution plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Oversee B2B sales activities, with a strong focus on AI-related products and solutions, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agent-based solutions
- Manage, mentor, and develop sales managers and teams, leveraging at least 5 years of team leadership experience to build a high-performance, goal-driven sales culture
- Build, manage, and expand a robust business ecosystem through strategic partnerships, including ISVs, SIs, resellers, and other channel partners
- Establish partner sales models, joint go-to-market strategies, and enablement programs to maximize ecosystem-driven growth
