Greencross Vets Westcourt-Cairns is located on Mulgrave Road in Westcourt, just a short drive from the Cairns CBD and conveniently co-located with Petbarn. Working here, you will join an experienced and friendly local team providing care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, pocket pets and wildlife.
The clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, including surgery and diagnostic medicine, and a separate quiet cat ward. Our facilities include digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and clinical pathology, dentistry and routine surgery, allowing you to work up a varied caseload to a high standard.
Our Mission is to provide outstanding care for our patients and clients, whether that is for a simple nail clip, best behaviour classes or complicated medical cases.
What can you expect during the Greencross Graduate Program?
The Greencross Veterinary Graduate Program equips you with everything you need to thrive in your first 18 months. Designed to support your transition into clinical practice, our structured program includes an engaging online modular curriculum, hands-on workshops to strengthen both your clinical and non-clinical skills, and regular check-ins with the graduate coordinator to ensure you're supported every step of the way.
With tailored mentorship, comprehensive case exposure, and a supportive clinic environment, you'll gain confidence, refine your expertise, and grow alongside a team committed to your success.
