Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

· Effectively coordinates Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects within the Plant.

· Works with Plant leadership to select charter projects and then executes to achieve an effective outcome.

· Uses standardized Lean Six Sigma methodologies to systematically eliminate waste and reduce process variation.

· Positions continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant by fostering strong collaboration. Includes working effectively with cross functional teams.

· Understands statistical analysis tools/methodology, project management, Lean Six Sigma, Quality, and basic financial principles and applies them to analyze the planned activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· High School Degree or Equivalent Training

· Minimum of two years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution preferred

· Experience in a supervisory role is a plus, but not required.

· Ability to successfully complete Green Belt certification process.

· Proven organization skills, including time and project management capability.

· Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals.

· Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.

Additional Information:

Hourly Rate: $40.95/hour

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
