Mercier Consultancy is excited to recruit a Greek-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Greek-speaking clients, providing tailored customer solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to Greek-speaking customers
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and action taken
- Identify and recommend improvements based on customer feedback
- Assist in onboarding and training new clients
- Stay informed about company products, services, and market trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and solution-focused approach
- Previous experience in customer support or consulting is an advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support
