From order receipt to delivery, you process and monitor incoming orders in our ERP system.
You provide dealers with information on order status, deliveries, backorders and webshop-related questions.
You maintain customer data and work closely with different teams and departments to resolve issues.
While servicing our existing dealers is your main focus, you also help us attract new dealers and grow our business in the region.
You have already gained professional experience in the areas of customer service, sales support, inside sales or similar.
Besides a native level of Greek, you have a very good command of written and spoken English. Further languages are an advantage.
It's ideal if you share our passion for motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs and related products and accessories.
You are open-minded, communicative and have a strong service and customer orientation.
A routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system complete your profile.
