In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our Greek-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in building trust and satisfaction among our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Greek and English through various communication channels
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer challenges
- Gather customer feedback to support service improvements and enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Engage in continuous training to develop your customer service skills further
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
