Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Greek-speaking Customer Advisor for an international project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join a dynamic support team assisting Greek-speaking customers across multiple channels. You will handle inquiries related to accounts, services, and technical issues, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while representing a global brand.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality customer support in Greek via chat, email, and social media channels

• Assist customers with account enquiries, billing questions, and service navigation

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to appropriate solutions

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and case outcomes

• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to specialised teams following company procedures

• Adhere to quality standards, data protection policies, and internal workflows

• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and process suggestions

• Work collaboratively with multicultural teams and participate in training and team activities

Your Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Greek (written and spoken)

• Good command of English for internal communication

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or support roles is an advantage

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude

• Good computer literacy and ability to learn multiple systems and tools

• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Professionalism, empathy, and a positive, team-oriented approach

• Flexibility to work shifts within operational hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

• Experience with CRM systems or e-commerce support is a plus
