Job Description
- Instructors will be required to assist in competitive field show design, instructional planning, and instruction of performing members
- Expertise in battery percussion instruments and instruction
- Instructors must be able to work as part of a group and independently in carrying out the instruction plan in one-on-one and group settings with performers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with middle and/or high school students preferred
- Instructors must be organized, detail oriented and professional
- Instructors are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances
- Instructors with less availability may have salary adjusted accordingly
- All new employees must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment through the NYS Education Department before employment begins. The new employee is responsible for fingerprinting fees of $100.25.
TIME: Evening rehearsals (2x per week), some Saturdays, and performance dates as scheduled � exact times TBD
DATES: July 1, 2018� June 30, 2019
SITE: District Office/Arcadia High School
SALARY: $ Annual Stipend ($ paid each semester)
