The Logistics Excellence team partners with marketlogisticsoperations and cross-functional teams to improve service, cost, cash, safety,qualityand sustainability. It turns data into action, standardises strong operating practices and supports transformation across warehousing, transport, customerdeliveryandlogisticsplanning.
This role provides hands-on Logistics Excellence support to the Philippines and Japan. It connects market priorities with the Greater Asia agenda, strengthens performance management, accelerates improvementprojectsand embeds repeatable tools,governanceand capabilities.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Own the Logistics Excellence performance rhythm for the Philippines and Japan, turning service, cost, cash, safety, quality and sustainability data into clear priorities and actions.
Partner withlogisticsoperations, customer operations, planning, procurement,financeand business teams to diagnose gaps and deliver measurable improvement plans.
Support annual planning, forecasting and cost-to-serve reviews byvalidatingassumptions,identifyingrisks and opportunities, and tracking delivery against targets.
Drive or enable initiatives across warehousing, transport, customer delivery,exportsandlogisticsplanning, with clear scope, owners, milestones,benefitsand governance.
Build fact-based business cases for productivity, automation, network, capacity, safety, quality and sustainability investments, and support benefits validation with Finance.
Standardize and deploy Logistics Excellence tools, operating practices and governance across both markets while adapting them to local needs and requirements.
Strengthen root-cause problem solving through reliable data, dashboards, losstreesand structured action tracking; improve data quality and transparency where gaps exist.
Facilitatecross-market learning between the Philippines, Japan and Greater Asia, scaling proven practices and preventing repeat issues.
Support transformation and change adoption through stakeholder alignment, disciplined project management, capabilitybuildingand clear communication.
Promote safe, secure,compliantand quality-focusedlogisticsoperations, escalating materialrisksand supporting corrective-action closure.
Maintaina prioritised improvement pipeline and provide concise updates on progress, decisionsrequired, realised value and delivery risks.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum: Relevant experience inlogistics, supply chain operations, customer operations, continuous improvement,analyticsor transformation.
Minimum:Demonstratedability to analyse operational and financial data,identifyrootcausesand translate insights into actions with measurable outcomes.
Minimum: Experience working across functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Minimum: Strong project management discipline, including action, risk,milestoneand benefit tracking.
Minimum: Clear written and verbal business communication in English, including concise leadership updates.
Preferred: Experience in the Philippines and/or Japanlogisticsenvironment, including warehousing, transport, customerdeliveryor third-partylogisticsmanagement.
Preferred: Familiarity with cost-to-serve,logisticsbudgeting and forecasting, productivity programmes, network or capacity studies, and business-case development.
Preferred: Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, digitallogistics, datavisualisationor supply chain planning tools.
Preferred: Experience in a regional or multi-country matrix and working across cultures and time zones.
Preferred: Japanese language capability or experience collaborating with Japan-based teams.
