Xponential is a leading digital consultancy firm specializing in providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a GRC Consultant.
This role requires a blend of consultancy skills and technical expertise in configuring and customizing platforms, with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities, to meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
ï· Client Liaison:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring effective communication.
o Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
o Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
ï· Platform Configuration:
o Learn and master the assigned platform to configure and customize it according to client requirements, with a focus on integrating GRC capabilities.
o Implement and manage configuration changes to improve and optimize client workflows, particularly in the areas of governance, risk management, and compliance.
o Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
ï· Project Management:
o Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
o Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
ï· Training and Support:
o Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the platform and its functionalities, including GRC features.
o Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support platform users.
o Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
Qualifications:
ï· Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
ï· Experience:
o 2-3 years of experience as a GRC consultant or in a similar role, preferably in the fields of business process management or IT consulting.
o Experience with configuring and customizing software platforms with a focus on GRC capabilities.
ï· Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
o Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software platforms and technologies.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
