The Club & Spa Supervisor assists the Spa and Club Operations Manager in the daily management including facility operations, the club and spa front desk team, spa, co-working space and members club, and retail offerings. This hands-on leadership role ensures that the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming, while maintaining high standards of member and guest satisfaction. The Supervisor is responsible for team management and supporting the financial health of the business. As an ambassador for Gravity Haus, this role models excellent service internally and externally, helping to cultivate loyalty within the Gravity Haus community.
