Job Category: Skilled Labor - TradesThe Grass Cutter at Camp Tuckaho in Troy, Missouri,, will assist with the grass cutting, weed eating and equipment maintenance for 24 hours per week. The salary for this position is $17.00 per hour.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and ACCOUNTABILITIES
•    Maintains grounds by cutting grass weekly or as needed, trimming and weed removal
•    Performs general maintenance of the lawn mower such as changing tires, checking and changing oil, air filter etc. and
week eater maintenance.
•    Removes limbs and rocks from grounds and takes to camp refuse area
•    Consistently demonstrates a climate of courtesy, respect, and professionalism to staff, volunteers, members and general
public
QUALIFICATIONS
•    Basic computer knowledge to record time worked
•    Meets GSUSA Membership requirements and attained the minimum age of 17
•    Belief in the Mission of Girl Scouting
•    Abides by national and local Girl Scout policies, standards and procedures and American Camp Association standards
and procedures
•    Holds a valid driver’s license
•    Has demonstrated good judgement, maturity, flexibility and ability to maintain a positive attitude
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
If your position requires that you drive an average of one (1) day per week or more, you must possess a valid state driver’s license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee:
•    is required to talk and hear, stand and walk, and is frequently very active and often requires standing, walking, bending,
kneeling, stooping and crouching.
•    is required to reach with hands and arms
•    must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
EXPOSURES
Work is performed in an outdoor environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dirt and/or dust.
