Position Summary

IGE – InterGlobal Exhibits is seeking a versatile Graphics Installation & Production professional to support the production and installation of graphics primarily for custom trade show exhibits.

This is a hands-on position combining graphic production, vinyl application and vinyl wrapping, exhibit graphics installation, finishing, and basic graphic design/file preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and install graphics for custom trade show exhibits, displays, and branded environments.
• Apply vinyl lettering, logos, printed vinyl, decals, and other adhesive graphics.
• Perform vinyl wrapping of exhibit components, counters, walls, panels, structures, and other custom surfaces.
• Install rigid graphics, dimensional lettering, logos, panels, and other graphic elements.
• Prepare, adjust, resize, and preflight graphic files for production.
• Assist with basic graphic design and production-ready artwork.
• Operate large-format printers, laminators, vinyl cutters, and related graphics equipment.
• Trim, laminate, mount, and finish printed graphics.
• Read exhibit drawings and graphic placement plans to ensure accurate installation.
• Install graphics and vinyl wraps in the IGE production facility and, when required, onsite at trade shows.
• Inspect completed graphics and wraps for alignment, finish quality, color, bubbles, wrinkles, seams, damage, and other defects.
• Coordinate with IGE’s design, production, project management, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain graphics equipment, tools, materials, and an organized work area.
• Assist with general exhibit production and installation when needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous experience with vinyl graphics, vinyl wrapping, large-format printing, signage, exhibit graphics, or graphics production.
• Strong vinyl application and wrapping skills, including application to different surfaces and exhibit components.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to prepare and modify production files accurately.
• Trade show exhibit, environmental graphics, signage, or custom fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements, drawings, and installation plans.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Comfortable performing the physical work associated with graphics and exhibit installation.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekend work, and travel when required by trade show schedules.
