Graphics Fabricator II is responsible for the efficient and accurate assembly of the easy field panels in accordance with specifications and quality standards. This role involves utilizing various hand and power tools to assemble components, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position is day shift Monday through Friday from 7a-5p. However, must be able to work up to 12 hour shifts and 60 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble panels: Accurately assemble easy field panels based on provided specifications
•Quality inspection: Perform thorough inspection of assembled panels to ensure they meet quality standards
•Tool Operations: Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process
•Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisor to enhance assembly efficiency and address production challenges
•Safety Compliances: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
•Perform all requirements and duties of a level I Graphic Fabricator
Qualifications and Requirements:
•Education: high school diploma or equivalent is required
•Previous experience in manufacturing assembly and or panel assembly
•Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Problem solving skills to address assembly issues
•Physical Requirements: Capability to lift and move 25 lbs. as needed
•Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
•Safety Awareness: Understand and adherence to safety protocols in manufacturing environment
