Position Purpose:

The incumbent provides graphics design and admin support to the I+E BD/Proposals team, producing high-quality, brand-compliant visuals and documents for the preparation and submission of prequalification's, EOIs, and tenders across the Middle East.

The role supports end-to-end bid production, coordinating inputs, formatting, document control, and final compilation; ensuring submissions are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.

In addition, the incumbent supports marketing and business development activities by creating and maintaining capability materials (CVs, project sheets, brochures, presentations, and bid libraries), helping keep content current and market-ready.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Work on prequalification’s, expression of interest for the relevant clients as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Support in coordinating tender proposals and bids together with the Proposal Coordinator / Proposal Manager / Opportunity Manager.
• Refine and produce a presentation for marketing documents of high quality that shows a high level of visual creativity.
• Organize and manage the library of relevant bid information.
• Maintain documentation and filing system of the prequalification, expression of interest, and tender bids.

Education & Qualification Required:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science stream, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Graphics Design / Marketing / Administrative qualifications preferred (demonstrable equivalent experience considered)
• Other related qualification not essential but highly regarded.

Experience Required:

• Typically has 2-5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role within a corporate environment, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Has the demonstrated ability to:
• Produce quality outcomes within an environment with competing demands and tight deadlines;
• Work independently towards achieving objectives without supervision;
• Create winning proposals, presentations, and marketing materials;
• Identify clients’ key drivers and check that these are addressed in proposals and submissions.
