About the Role:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that strengthens the client company's brand identity and supports their marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to produce high-quality designs for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will combine creative talent with technical expertise to deliver innovative design solutions that meet business objectives and enhance visual communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging content for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, posters, brochures)
• Create and maintain consistent visual elements across all marketing materials
• Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines
• Produce high-quality graphics for various platforms and purposes
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to understand project requirements
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
• Maintain organized files of all design assets and resources

Qualifications:

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Canva and other design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in design work
• Experience in basic video editing and motion graphics (preferred)
• Excellent eye for typography, color theory, and composition
• Strong time management and organizational skills
