Job Description

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 10:00-18:30

Location: Redhouse, Doncaster.

The role

As a Graphics Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly. You will oversee the accurate keying of daily intake information, resolve delivery discrepancies, and support the Graphics Supervisors and Site Administrator to keep everything on track. Working closely with on-site teams, drivers, couriers, and Head Office colleagues, you’ll make a real difference by keeping our stock data accurate and ensuring smooth launches for new store packs. No previous experience is required—NEXT will provide you with all the training, guidance, and day-to-day support you need to settle into the team and build a rewarding career with us.

What you'll take on

  • Enter intake delivery details accurately onto our mainframe and RAPID systems, ensuring discrepancies are identified, logged, and resolved quickly.
  • Keep daily tracking figures and audit records up to date to maintain seamless stock visibility.
  • Organise and control launch packs for new store openings to ensure everything arrives on time and fully prepared.
  • Liaise directly with delivery drivers, external couriers, and Head Office teams to resolve queries and maintain clear communication.
  • Assist Graphics Supervisors and step in to support the Site Administrator and wider logistics team with daily issuing tasks when required.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards by adhering to site procedures, wearing correct PPE, and positively encouraging safe practices across the team.

What you'll bring

  • Strong organisational skills – A practical approach to staying on top of daily data entry, routine tasks, and tracking systems.
  • Great communication – The confidence to build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers, drivers, and Head Office teams.
  • Team-first mindset – A collaborative attitude with a genuine willingness to step up and support managers, supervisors, and warehouse teams when things get busy.
  • Resilience under pressure – The ability to stay calm, focused, and thorough in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement approach – Curiosity to share fresh ideas, learn our systems, and keep processes moving forward.
