We are looking for a Full-Time Graphic Production Specialist to join our team at FASTSIGNS #13301 This dual-role position will allow you to blend creativity with technical skills, producing high-quality signage while utilizing a variety of production machinery. You’ll be responsible for creating designs and overseeing the production process, from graphic creation to machine operation, finishing, and installation.

You will work closely with our sales team members to create or modify designs based on their specifications, ensuring the final output is accurate and visually appealing. You will also operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring high-quality standards are met from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create computer-generated graphics and vinyl output for print and application.
  
  
• Production Setup: Prepare files for print, lamination, application, and finishing processes.
  
  
• Machine Operation: Operate and maintain various production machinery, including roll-to-roll printers, laminators, CNC routers, flatbed printers, UV build-up printers, and application tables.
  
  
• Design Layout: Arrange layout, type style, and copy based on space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Inspect jobs for accuracy, ensuring correct materials and device settings are used.
  
  
• Vinyl Weeding & Finishing: Weed excess vinyl, laminate, mount, and perform other finishing operations on printed pieces.
  
  
• Inventory & Organization: Monitor inventory levels, perform routine equipment maintenance, and maintain organized work areas.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in sign production preferred.
  
  
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator for graphic design.
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• Ability to work with various production machinery.
  
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to produce high-quality work.
  
  
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
  
  
• Flexibility to perform tasks requiring repetitive motions and standing for extended periods.
  
  
• Ability to view computer screens for extended periods (4+ hours).

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
