We are looking to add a teammate to our team that will be assisting with design and quick print projects.
We are a fast paced retail center that will have you working on many projects each day.
We are open M-F 8am - 6pm and Saturday 9-2 - 30-40 hours including some Saturdays
Must be able to multitask:

• Assists customers with shipping and business services
• Willingness to get Notary certification
• Willingness to process fingerprints or clients - requires touching clients hands

All applicants must live in the Bradenton Area now. We are not accepting any nonlocal applications due to traffic.Opening is immediate. All applicants must complete required assessments, don't apply if you are not willing to do assessments.

Under the supervision of the Center Owner or Manager, this position is responsible for working directly with customers to create designs, and for file preparation, layout, and setup. Also, assist with shipping and customer service. Other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Excellent graphic design and page layout skills
• A professional design portfolio, preferably including business-related graphics products
• Proficient with the following applications:
  • Canva
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
  • Presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Word processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs)
• Strong background with Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to translate customer requirements into final products and services
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate’s degree or design certificate preferred
• Computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills preferred
• A valid driver’s license is required

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Creates printed materials including, but not limited to, multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, and business cards
• Involved in the output, workflow management, and production of orders
• Consults with customers on their graphics needs
• Assists customers with using related applications on center computers
• Trains other center personnel to use applications
• Customer Service and Center Operations
• Assists customers with shipping and business services
• Assist with sales/shipping transactions
• Willingness to get Notary certification
• Willingness to process fingerprints or clients - requires touching clients hands

PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by phone, by email, and in person
• May be required to operate a motor vehicle
• Must demonstrate knowledge of emergency policies and procedures
• Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must be able to work in a very busy retail center

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
