Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and visual content creation, with a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through innovative visual solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling designs and visual content that align with our brand identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, video content, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Design engaging visual content for videos, promotional campaigns, social media, and interactive media.
• Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions that meet marketing and branding needs.
• Manage multiple design and visual content projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Maintain consistent communication with team members and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the creative process.
• Work closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to integrate visual elements into cohesive campaigns.
• Present design concepts and visual content to stakeholders, explaining design rationale and incorporating feedback into revisions.
• Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and visual content software.
• Experience with 3D design software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual content plans.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creating engaging content for different platforms and audiences.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, Media Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual content creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and visual content work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Location: NASTP, Lahore
Timing: 5 PM – 2 AM PK (Night Shift), on-site.
