Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Design daily promotional materials for Telegram channels
- Create marketing materials such as event posters, banners, and ad graphics
- Collaborate with the operations team to complete designs for events, activities, and brand promotion
- Produce GIF animations, animated stickers, and simple dynamic advertising materials as needed
- Continuously optimize material performance to improve user click-through rates and engagement

Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience designing banners, posters, and advertising graphics
- Experience with Telegram channel material design is preferred
- Ability to independently complete design requests and deliver on time
- Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for Telegram projects
- Experience in the betting, sports, or gaming industries
- Ability to create GIF animations and Telegram animated stickers (TGS)
- Familiarity with After Effects, CapCut, and similar tools
- Ability to provide real Telegram live/online design cases
