Position: Graphic Designer

Number of hours: TBD (Project Based)

Responsibilities:

1. Design & Creative Development

• Create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, websites, and print materials.

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.

• Produce marketing assets such as banners, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
  
  

2. Branding & Visual Identity

• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design outputs.

• Support development of visual brand systems, style guides, and design frameworks.
  
  

3. Collaboration & Production

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Translate creative briefs into high-quality design concepts.

• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers or external vendors as needed.
  
  

4. Innovation & Tool Expertise

• Utilize latest design tools, including
  
  

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

  • Figma, Canva, and other UI/UX platforms

  • AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E)
    
    

• Stay up to date with current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern AI design tools

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
