Are you a talented and passionate graphic designer with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life? Look no further! We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer/Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Sales team to create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects.
• Develop and execute design concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital media, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production specifications.
• Create computer-generated vinyl and/or full-color graphics output that can be weeded, cut and applied, or printed and mounted to a substrate. This may involve various levels of artistic creativity and will ultimately lead to the complete or modified design from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet our high standards and are error-free.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your design skills.
• Cut, weed, and apply vinyl graphics to various substrates.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of print production processes, including pre-press and file preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in sign production, including vinyl cutting, weeding, and application.
• Knowledge of different sign materials, substrates, and installation techniques.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
