About the Job

Our esteemed client, a leading Australian supplier of industrial and commercial products, is looking for a Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing high-level creative concepts and executing designs for branding, animations, infographics, video, print, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Print Design & Production: Prepare print-ready materials, considering dimensions, color profiles, and technical requirements for accurate reproduction.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with external print vendors to ensure quality production and maintain design integrity.
• Creative Development: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strengthen the brand's visual identity across all platforms.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage effectively with internal teams and clients, presenting design concepts clearly and facilitating productive discussions.
• File Management: Maintain an organized and accessible digital asset system to optimize workflows and ensure efficient collaboration.
• Catalog Design: Lead the production of catalogs by ensuring content accuracy, maintaining up-to-date pricing, and producing visually cohesive layouts.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support creative and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in digital and print design with a strong design portfolio.
• Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop); Microsoft Office; WordPress or similar CMS; Typography; Layout Design; Video Editing; Social Media Graphic & Video Best Practices (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
