About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to support a growing marketing team across a wide range of brand and campaign initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands performance-driven design, and can translate ideas into visually compelling assets across digital and print formats.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product stakeholders to create polished, high-performing visuals that strengthen brand consistency and drive engagement.

Whether it’s designing responsive email layouts, paid social creatives, trade show materials, or website graphics, your work will directly shape how audiences experience the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce marketing assets across digital and print channels

• Create responsive and performance-focused HTML email layouts

• Develop website graphics including homepage banners, landing page visuals, and UI assets

• Design social media creatives for both organic and paid campaigns

• Produce digital advertising materials including display banners and retargeting creatives

• Create trade show and event assets such as booths, signage, and backdrops

• Design printed collateral including brochures, sell sheets, and one-pagers

• Translate marketing briefs into engaging visual concepts and polished deliverables

• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing channels

• Adapt creative assets for multiple formats, platforms, and campaign goals

• Prepare production-ready files for digital and print vendors

• Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and campaign performance insights

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing work across both digital and print media

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong working knowledge of Figma

• Experience designing responsive email layouts

• Understanding of email design limitations and best practices

• Excellent understanding of typography, layout systems, color theory, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  

Nice to have

• Experience supporting B2B or lead generation marketing teams

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design

• Experience working with platforms like HubSpot

• Understanding of performance marketing and A/B testing creatives

• Exposure to brand development and scalable brand systems

• Experience with motion graphics or light animation using After Effects or similar tools
