About the role
The Graphic Designer (Mid‑Weight) is responsible for delivering high‑quality, fit‑for‑purpose graphic design solutions across multiple projects and platforms, including print, digital and social media.
Reporting to the Senior Designer and Workflow Manager, this role works closely with the Marketing Team and internal stakeholders to interpret briefs, develop creative concepts, and execute design outputs that align with brand strategy and guidelines.
You will contribute confidently across projects, manage your own workload effectively, and apply sound design judgement to deliver engaging, on‑brand creative outcomes. The role offers opportunities to further develop skills across digital, animation and campaign‑led design within a
supportive and collaborative team environment.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
