Why This Role Matters

Christie's is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its in-house Creative team, supporting the development of high-quality visual communications across primarily digital channels, with occasional print projects. This role plays a key part in shaping how campaigns, sales, and brand initiatives are expressed, ensuring a consistent and elevated visual standard across all touchpoints.

The role is hands-on, with a strong focus on creating refined and effective design solutions for fast-moving digital outputs including social, web, email, and digital campaigns. At times, you will also contribute to more considered print and editorial projects, applying the same level of craft and attention to detail.

This position is best suited to a designer who is comfortable balancing speed and precision and enjoys working across campaign-led digital design with occasional print work. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and wider creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into clear, compelling visual outputs across different formats.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Design and produce digital assets across social media, web, email marketing, and digital advertising

  • Support the development of campaign visuals and brand expressions across multiple touchpoints

  • Contribute to the evolution of visual identity systems and design frameworks

  • Create print-ready materials including print advertisements, invitations, posters, and other collateral as needed

  • Translate creative concepts into consistent multi-channel design executions

  • Develop layouts, typographic systems, and templates for ongoing use across campaigns

  • Produce high-quality presentations, mockups, and visual prototypes for internal review and stakeholder approval

  • Respond to feedback and iterate designs while maintaining quality

  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring accuracy and production standards are met

  • Collaborate with copywriters, editors, photographers, and external production partners

  • Maintain and organize design assets and working files for team-wide use

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality

  • Stay informed on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices across digital and print

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in-house (such as for a museum, gallery, publishing house, magazine, luxury brand) or within a creative agency

  • Portfolio demonstrating a refined eye and strong skills in digital design, branding, typography, and editorial work

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)

  • Motion design or After Effects experience is a plus

  • Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy

  • Experience designing for digital platforms including social, web, and email

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency across outputs

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present and discuss design work clearly

  • Strong interest in art, culture, design, and luxury is essential
