グラフィックデザイナー（日本市場担当）募集｜フルリモート可 XSは、金融ライセンスを取得した急成長中のマルチアセットCFDブローカーです。現在、日本市場向けのグラフィックデザイナーを募集しています。 XSはこれまでに、2025年のTraders Fair Awardsにて「BEST MULTI-ASSET BROKER – APAC」、Egypt Summit Smart Vision 2025にて「BEST LEADERSHIP TEAM」、Dubai Affiliate Summit Smart Vision 2025にて「BEST AFFILIATE PROGRAM」など、数々の賞を受賞しています。 多国籍なメンバーで構成されたチームの中で、日本市場向けのクリエイティブを担う重要なポジションです。裁量を持って働きながら、スキルアップとキャリア成長の両方を実現できる環境です。

業務内容

• ロゴ、バナー、パンフレットなどの各種デザイン制作
• 要件に基づいたデザインコンセプトおよびレイアウトの企画
• Adobe Creative Cloud（Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign）を用いたデザイン業務
• チームメンバーと連携し、要件やコンセプトの理解・反映
• フォントや配色の選定・調整によるデザイン品質の向上
• 画像の編集・加工（レタッチ含む）
• 複数プロジェクトの進行管理および納期遵守
• 最新のデザイントレンドやツールの継続的なキャッチアップ

応募資格

• グラフィックデザイン、美術、または関連分野の学士号
• グラフィックデザイナーとしての実務経験2～3年以上
• 日本語ネイティブレベル（日本市場のデザイントレンドに関する理解がある方）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書きおよび基本的なコミュニケーションが可能な方）
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign）、Sketchなどのデザインツールの実務スキル
• 高いクリエイティビティ、細部へのこだわり、コミュニケーション能力

XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Graphic Designer - JP to join our team of experts!

XS has received numerous awards such as the “BEST MULTI-ASSET BROKER – APAC” from the Traders Fair Awards in 2025, the “BEST LEADERSHIP TEAM” from the Egypt Summit Smart Vision in Egypt 2025, and the “BEST AFFILIATE PROGRAM” from the Dubai Affiliate Summit Smart Vision in Dubai 2025.

Responsibilities

• Design visual materials such as logos, brochures, posters, and other creative assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and graphics in line with project requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand project needs and vision.
• Select and manipulate fonts and color schemes to enhance overall design quality.
• Edit and enhance images for various design projects.
• Manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and software developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Native Japanese speaker with a good knowledge of Japanese market design directions.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar industry-standard tools.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual communication skills.
