The Role:
We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Graphic Designer to support creative output and brand governance across our marketing materials. You will work across digital, print, presentation, and video content. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams while acting as a guardian of brand quality and visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic design

• Support the conceptualization and execution of creative assets across digital, print, and presentation formats.

Collateral design & production

• Design high-quality PowerPoint, brochures, infographics, one-pagers, email templates, social media assets and marketing collateral.

Brand consistency & adherence

• Maintain strong brand consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.

Visual storytelling for B2B

• Translate ideas into clear, visually engaging storytelling for B2B and internal audiences.

Project management and cross-functional collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support external and internal campaigns.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality.

• Incorporate feedback and iterate with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & skills

Education
Bachelor's degree in design, media arts, marketing, communications ora related field.
Experience
1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a B2B marketing environment.

Other necessary skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).

• Strong PowerPoint design capabilities.

• Experience of creating and working with Canva templates

• Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics experience (After Effects preferred).

• Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across formats.

• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to turn ideas into polished visual assets.

• Highly organized, with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
