Graphic Designer (Event Production & Multimedia)

Contract Remote Role

Rate: $38-$40.00/hour

Remote / Contract through mid-November 2024 (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our client's team for a part-time, remote opportunity. As a Graphic Designer, you will work on various projects, primarily focusing on event production, print, web, social, and multimedia applications. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills, experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Design environmental graphics, event app graphics, multimedia/AV presentations, merchandise, and promotional items for a large convention in September 2024

- Create social media graphics, flyers, brochures, direct mail, advertising, and web assets

- Collaborate with a team of graphic designers and report to the Graphics Lead

Requirements:

- 3 years of graphic design experience

- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom on a MAC platform

- Illustration skills a plus

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable computer and internet connection for remote work
