The Graphic Designer develops visuals that support trial strategies by clearly communicating complex concepts in a compelling, courtroom-ready format. This role plays a key part in the visual storytelling of litigation, helping legal teams educate and persuade juries, judges, and other stakeholders.
JOB DUTIES
•    Use invention, imagination, originality and graphics talent to create graphics for clients.
•    Collaborate with attorneys, trial consultants, and internal stakeholders to understand key case themes, strategies, and evidence.
•    Conceptualize and design courtroom graphics, illustrations, timelines, and animations that convey technical, scientific, or legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
•    Produce visuals using industry-standard design software.
•    Design presentation materials that are clean, consistent, and aligned with case messaging.
•    Modify and refine graphics in response to feedback, often under tight deadlines.
•    Assist in the development of visual strategy and storytelling approaches for trial exhibits and demonstratives.
•    Ensure final materials meet deadlines, presentation requirements, and technical specifications.
•    Maintain organized project files and documentation of design versions.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES
•    Understanding of design principles and visual storytelling for litigation support.
•    Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
•    Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation software such as 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, After Effects, or equivalent preferred.
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
•    Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
•    Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
•    Capable of receiving input from multiple stakeholders and adapting designs accordingly.
•    Must maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
•    Commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
•    Minimum five years experience producing complex graphics and animations.
•    Experience producing complex litigation graphics and animations preferred.
•    A strong portfolio of relevant graphics work is required.
