Graphic Designer Corporate Creative

In Poland - Warsaw

To support our Corporate Creative team, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, artwork finishing, video, and animation to join our Warsaw office as soon as possible. The salary for this position ranges from PLN 10 000 to PLN 11 000, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

How you will create an impact:

You will be part of our interdisciplinary operating design team and work on projects for our global, EMEA, APAC, US market.
You will support our creation and layout finishing regarding campaigns, events and trade fairs, HR and recruitment, office equipment or merchandise requests.
You jointly edit and finalise layout documents for digital or pre-press preparation across all media and channels by using our design templates.
You create and edit videos and animations, corresponding to our brand guidelines and in consultation with your team lead.
You support the team with the implementation and reprocessing of blog articles, and contribute different social media formats to our cooperating teams within Marketing.
You contribute with image research, editing, or retouching.
You maintain and update corporate design templates in close cooperation with our team leads, and support with daily projects coordinated via ticket system, as well as customising media requested through our brand portal.
You will contribute closely to a globally operating team, bring in your creativity, your experience and skills for measurable success of global and local campaigns media, and industry projects.

Your profile:

You bring at least two years of professional experience in an agency or company.
You have well-founded knowledge of Adobe CC incl. Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Premiere, ideally you have knowledge in/no must-have: Audio editing/audition and Figma.
You are familiar with all current MS Office applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You have a sound knowledge of English at a minimum of B2 level, both written and spoken.
You are passionate about corporate design and understand the impact of consistent brand work.
You have a solid understanding of the impact of typography, extensive knowledge of video editing, production and animation, a sound knowledge of processing social media formats and in pre-press.
