About the Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Animator to join our creative team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on pushing creative boundaries, shaping brand experiences, and delivering outstanding visual content across print, digital, and motion platforms.

This role is ideal for a designer with 3+ years of experience looking to take ownership of projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the creative direction of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Animation

• Develop compelling visuals and motion graphics that bring campaigns and concepts to life.
• Translate complex briefs into innovative, polished, and brand-aligned designs.
• Lead the creation of high-quality graphics for digital, social, presentations, and print.
• Mentor and guide junior designers when required, providing constructive feedback.

Production & Delivery

• Ensure designs meet technical standards for both print and digital media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines without compromising quality.
• Continuously refine workflows to increase efficiency and impact.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to produce cohesive visual content.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and solutions.
• Communicate design rationale and project updates clearly to internal teams and clients.

Brand Stewardship

• Apply and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
• Maintain a consistent and elevated visual identity across all touchpoints.

Skills & Competencies

Creative & Design Expertise

• Exceptional visual design skills with strong conceptual thinking.
• In-depth understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and motion principles.

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for motion design.
• Experience producing assets for both print and digital platforms.

Professional & Organisational Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in design and motion graphics.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative range, motion graphics, and design excellence.
