  • Monitoring design trends and identifying opportunities to enhance how we communicate and engage with our audiences.

About you

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with an understanding of the role that great design plays in building a strong, distinctive and purpose-led brand.

You'll be a confident and experienced Graphic Designer, capable of managing multiple projects, building strong relationships with stakeholders and producing high-quality creative work that delivers real impact.

You'll ideally have

  • Demonstrable experience in a Graphic Designer role, creating engaging content across a variety of channels.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, campaign development and high-quality design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • A strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling and design best practice.
  • Experience developing creative assets for marketing campaigns and wider business initiatives.
  • The ability to act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence where appropriate.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams.
  • A genuine passion for design, creativity and keeping up to date with emerging trends and best practice.
