Job Description
NeoWork is hiring Graphic Designers to create on-brand visual content for U.S. companies. You will design social posts, ads, marketing materials, and brand assets that look great and perform.

Key Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics, paid ads, email assets, and marketing materials
- Create presentations, one-pagers, and brand collateral
- Follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms
- Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and video editors on campaigns
- Manage design files and deliver on tight, recurring deadlines
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- A strong portfolio showcasing recent work
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color
- Good written and spoken English for working with U.S. teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Based in Brazil, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or video
- Experience designing for e-commerce or performance marketing
