Job Description

The First Group Hospitality, Exclusive Private Members' Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the club’s brand, marketing, events, and member communications. The successful candidate will create high-quality visual content that reflects the club’s luxury positioning and ensures a consistent and sophisticated brand identity across all digital and printed touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creative materials for digital, print, social media, events, campaigns, and member communications.
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, menus, invitations, presentations, signage, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Create engaging social media graphics and digital content in line with the club’s brand guidelines.
• Support the creative requirements for club events, VIP occasions, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and special experiences.
• Maintain consistency of the club’s visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Membership, Events, F&B, and Operations teams to deliver creative requirements.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and other external suppliers when required.
• Prepare artwork and files for professional printing and digital publication, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand standards.
• Stay updated on design, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and digital content trends.

Desired Skill & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or premium brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design across digital and print platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience creating social media content, marketing collateral, event materials, and print-ready artwork.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, colour, and visual composition.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro would be an advantage.
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with an understanding of luxury branding and visual standards.
• Good communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
