Job Description – Graphic Designer The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and professional designs that support the company’s branding, marketing, digital communication, and business objectives. The role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts and requirements into high-quality visual content. Key Responsibilities Develop creative designs for digital and print media , including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, posters, newsletters, and corporate materials. Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels . Develop and maintain designs in line with the company’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards . Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Sales, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions. Design marketing materials for campaigns, events, exhibitions, promotions, and corporate activities . Prepare artwork and files according to required specifications for printing and digital publishing . Edit and enhance photographs, images, graphics, and other visual assets as required. Create presentations, infographics, charts, icons, and other visual elements to simplify and communicate information effectively. Develop creative concepts and design layouts from initial ideas through to final delivery. Adapt existing designs into different formats and sizes for various platforms and requirements. Coordinate with external printers, vendors, photographers, and other creative service providers when required. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines. Review final designs for accuracy, quality, alignment, spelling, and branding before release. Stay updated on current design trends, digital content trends, and industry best practices . Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field . Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer. Experience in corporate, real estate or marketing environments is preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and versatility. Experience designing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns is highly desirable. Software Skills Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign . Good knowledge of Canva and/or Figma . Experience with photo editing and image enhancement. Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and Reels is an advantage. Ability to prepare artwork for both digital and large-format printing.
