About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and visually driven Graphic Designer who can turn ideas, problems and business requirements into compelling visual solutions.

Who can think creatively, understand the problem behind a brief, explore different possibilities and deliver a strong final outcome.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design, creative thinking, visual storytelling and UX/design thinking. They should be comfortable working across different types of creative challenges and should have the judgement to decide what visual approach, format and tool is best for the problem at hand.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

Creative & Concept Development

• Translate briefs, ideas, business objectives, and abstract concepts into strong visual directions.
• Develop original creative concepts rather than simply following existing design patterns.
• Explore multiple visual approaches and identify the strongest direction for a given problem.
• Create compelling visual storytelling through composition, typography, imagery, colour, motion, and other visual elements.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative perspectives to projects across brand, product, marketing, and digital communication.
• Challenge conventional approaches when a better creative solution exists.

Visual & Experience Design

• Create high-quality visual assets across digital and brand touchpoints.
• Apply strong principles of typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, spacing, imagery, and visual balance.
• Consider the audience, context, purpose, and user behaviour behind every design decision.
• Apply UX thinking to ensure that designs are not only visually strong but also clear, intuitive, and effective.
• Collaborate with UX, product, marketing, content, and development teams where required.
• Adapt creative concepts across different formats and platforms without losing their core idea or quality.

Ownership & Execution

• Take ownership of projects from initial idea through final delivery.
• Present and explain creative decisions clearly.
• Respond to feedback without losing the core creative intent.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
• Maintain attention to detail across final deliverables.
• Continuously experiment with new creative approaches, technologies, and workflows.

Tools & Workflow

We are tool-agnostic.

We do not require strong proficiency in any particular design software.

You may use Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Affinity, Procreate, After Effects, AI tools, or any other tools you are comfortable with.

What matters to us is:

Your thinking → Your creative direction → Your execution → The final outcome.

The ability to learn and adapt to new tools is more important than expertise in a specific software.

AI & Emerging Creative Tools

• Use AI and emerging creative technologies where they can improve ideation, exploration, experimentation, or productivity.
• Know how to combine AI-assisted workflows with human creative judgement.
• Maintain originality, quality, brand consistency, and design intent when using AI.
• Be willing to experiment with new creative technologies and workflows.

Portfolio

A strong portfolio is mandatory.

Qualifications

Qualification

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic/visual design or a related creative role.
• Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
