  Create visual assets for landing pages, websites, funnels, webinars, VSLs, and lead magnets
• 
  Design presentation decks, pitch decks, and other client-facing or internal marketing materials
• 
  Produce brand-consistent graphics based on campaign briefs, existing brand guidelines, and creative direction
• 
  Repurpose existing creatives into different formats, sizes, and layouts for various platforms
• 
  Edit, resize, and optimize images for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and website use
• 
  Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and internal team members to align visuals with campaign goals
• 
  Apply marketing and conversion principles when designing visuals, not just aesthetic layouts
• 
  Manage design tasks, revisions, and deadlines through the assigned project management and communication tools
• 
  Continuously improve creative output by learning from feedback, campaign direction, and available training resources

Requirements

• 
  3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, marketing design, or a similar role
• 
  Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, ad creatives, campaign visuals, landing page assets, or marketing materials
• 
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or other relevant design tools
• 
  Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, social media, websites, or funnels
• 
  Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, hierarchy, branding, and visual consistency
• 
  Able to interpret creative briefs and independently execute high-quality design outputs
• 
  Able to create designs that are both visually appealing and aligned with marketing or conversion goals
• 
  Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple design requests, deadlines, and revisions
• 
  Open to feedback and able to revise designs based on team or client direction
• 
  Positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned creative work

  Experience working with marketing agencies, lead generation teams, coaching
• 
  businesses, SaaS companies, or service-based brands
• 
  Experience designing for webinars, VSLs, YouTube ads, lead magnets, or sales funnels
• 
  Basic understanding of direct response marketing, paid advertising, and conversion-focused design
