Job Description

We're a fast-growing, multiple-7-figure-per-month DTC supplement brand on an aggressive growth trajectory — with a vision to be on shelves in every major US retailer. We're looking for a high-output Graphic Designer who can produce scroll-stopping static and motion ads at volume for Meta and paid social, while also supporting our broader brand and website design needs.

This is a role for someone who thinks like a performance marketer as much as a designer — someone who understands that great creative isn't just beautiful, it converts.

Core Responsibilities

• Design high-volume static and motion graphic ads for Meta and paid social
• Execute against creative briefs with speed and precision
• Build multiple hook and layout variations for A/B testing
• Design landing page assets, product page imagery, and homepage banners
• Create brand assets including packaging mockups and email headers
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience at an 8-figure DTC brand or performance marketing agency
• A portfolio showcasing static ads that have actually run on paid social
• Strong understanding of direct-response (DR) design principles
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Aesthetic sensibility that goes beyond templates — you know how to make things look premium, not generic
• A high-output operator who thrives on volume without sacrificing quality
• AI-native — comfortable using AI tools to speed up and enhance your workflow
