The Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that strengthens the hotel's brand image across digital and print platforms. You will also support the creation of multimedia content by capturing and editing photos and videos to enhance the hotel's marketing and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative marketing materials for digital and print communication.
• Create engaging visuals for social media, promotional campaigns and hotel events.
• Ensure all creative assets comply with IHG brand standards.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of the hotel's facilities, events and guest experiences to support marketing initiatives.
• Edit photos and produce engaging video content, including reels and short-form videos, for digital and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Experience in photography, videography and photo/video editing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar video editing software is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
