Job Description

1. Develop in-depth knowledge in various specialized L&D(Learning and Development) areas by researching, benchmarking, and practicing.
2. Suggest learning goals by applying expert knowledge to formal/informal types of learning solutions, courses and contents.
3. Verify the effectiveness of formal/informal types of learning solutions, courses and contents through the achievement level assessment.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Planning L&D courses] Assist with the design and development of learning solutions, review and customization of external data, and management of development budget.

2. [Running L&D courses] Assist with the execution of learning solutions, facilitation, and presentation, and the analysis on methodology for internal/external course running..

3. [Assessing the effectiveness of L&D] Support the assessment of learning solutions and projects, and the decision making on profit.

4. [Planning and managing projects] Support project planning, management of stakeholders/person in charge of a project, project execution, and process review.

5. [Planning L&D strategy] Follow the establishment of L&D strategy, annual operational plans, budget allocation, and KPI aligned to the business objectives and organizational competency management.

6. [Establishing and operating L&D infrastructures and policies] Coordinate strategies for knowledge management resources, social learning initiatives/programs, and acceleration plans for building learning culture.

Skills and Qualifications

• A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways

• May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways

• Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative

• May determine methods and procedures on new assignments

• May mentor or coach team members

• Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience since TB1
