Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Designer to join a well-known electric company. The successful candidate will develop high-quality visual content that supports the company's branding, marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activities. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to deliver creative solutions across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative marketing materials for digital, print, retail, and outdoor advertising campaigns.
  • Develop visual assets for ATL, BTL, social media, website, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Create product packaging artwork, labels, manuals, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Design Point of Sale Materials (POSM), in-store displays, exhibition booths, and retail branding elements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into compelling visual designs.
  • Prepare artwork files for print production and coordinate with external printing and production suppliers.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all communication channels.
  • Edit and retouch product images for catalogs, websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop presentations, infographics, and visual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, consumer electronics market trends, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure all creative materials comply with company branding standards and technical specifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or a diploma degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in packaging design, print production, and digital content creation.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing for retail environments and e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of pre-press production and printing processes.
  • Familiarity with photography, image retouching, and product visualization.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
