Role Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual content that brings MY Premium Lifestyle Brand's brand to life across all consumer touchpoints. This role supports the Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, and Visual Merchandising teams in the development and execution of creative assets for digital, retail, events, CRM, and trade marketing initiatives.

1. Creative Design & Content Development

  • Design and produce marketing collateral across digital and offline channels, including social media assets, digital advertisements, EDMs, brochures, flyers, posters, and event materials.
  • Create visual content for product launches, promotional campaigns, retail activations, and brand initiatives.
  • Adapt global creative assets for local market requirements while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Develop creative concepts and layouts that effectively communicate key product and campaign messages.

2. Retail & Visual Merchandising Support

  • Design point-of-sale materials (POSM), in-store graphics, lightboxes, signage, window displays, and retail communication materials.
  • Support Visual Merchandising and Retail teams with creative artwork for store openings, retail campaigns, and display updates.
  • Ensure all retail creative executions meet MY Premium Lifestyle Brand's premium brand standards and production specifications.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors for production when required.

3. Digital & E-Commerce Design

  • Create digital assets for websites, e-commerce platforms, CRM campaigns, and social media channels.
  • Design campaign landing pages, online banners, product visuals, and promotional content.
  • Support content optimisation across multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing teams to ensure creative assets support campaign objectives and performance.

4. Event & Brand Activation Support

  • Develop creative materials for events, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and experiential marketing activities.
  • Produce event branding materials including invitations, backdrops, stage graphics, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Support on-site event branding and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

5. Brand Governance & Asset Management

  • Ensure all creative materials comply with MY Premium Lifestyle Brand's global brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Maintain an organised library of design files, templates, and creative assets.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
  • Support ad-hoc creative requests from cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Media, Advertising, Communication, and other relevant courses
  • Strong portfolio of static & animated/video content in premium beauty or premium retail
  • Ability to create highly impactful content for e-commerce and social media
  • Good command in English
  • Hands-on experience in content planning and development
  • Experience in video editing and creating visuals using AI tools is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of beauty & non-beauty industry-related trends
  • Adept in using editing programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro
  • Naturally creative and has a keen eye for aesthetics but ensures brand brief, standards, and guidelines are followed
  • Digital native by heart and have a strong passion in e-commerce, online marketing, and creation of digital content
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced environment
