We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to lead the production of monthly digital content across our social media platforms and support a broader range of brand and print design projects on an as-needed basis. This is a high-output creative role requiring someone who is equally comfortable designing a polished LinkedIn post and laying out a corporate brochure — and who delivers consistent, on-brand quality across every asset they produce.
The core of this role is monthly digital content design for Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Beyond that, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exhibition branding, environmental graphics, patient education materials, pitch decks, and more as additional design needs arise.
A strong portfolio demonstrating social media design, campaign visuals, and multi-format graphic work is required for consideration.
The following deliverables are produced every month as the primary, recurring scope of this role:
• Facebook / Meta — 16 professionally designed posts per month
• Instagram — 16 professionally designed posts per month
• LinkedIn — 10 professionally designed posts per month
• Static social media creatives
• Campaign visuals
• Promotional graphics
• Awareness and educational content
• Seasonal and event-based creatives
• Image editing and visual enhancement
• Creative adaptation for platform-specific dimensions and requirements
The following services may be provided on an as-needed basis and will be quoted separately on a project-to-project basis. Candidates with experience across these areas are strongly preferred:
• Corporate brochures
• Product and service catalogues
• Exhibition and conference branding
• Trade show booth graphics
• Roll-up banners and backdrops
• Indoor clinic branding
• Environmental graphics
• Patient education materials
• Informational posters
• Signage systems
• Marketing collateral and communication materials
• Presentation and pitch deck design
• Design and deliver 42 social media posts per month across Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn — on schedule and on brand
• Adapt designs for platform-specific dimensions, aspect ratios, and visual requirements without loss of quality or brand consistency
• Work from brand guidelines, creative briefs, and content calendars to produce designs that align with campaign objectives and messaging
• Produce high-quality image edits and visual enhancements as part of the monthly content workflow
• Deliver final assets in the correct file formats for each platform and use case
• Maintain a strong, consistent brand visual identity across all design outputs — digital and print
• Apply typographic, color, and layout standards accurately and creatively across every asset
• Elevate content quality through thoughtful composition, compelling visual hierarchy, and audience-appropriate design decisions
• Take creative ownership of the monthly content look and feel while staying aligned with strategic direction
• Take on additional design projects as scoped and approved — including brochures, catalogues, exhibition materials, environmental graphics, and presentation design
• Manage project-based deliverables with clear turnaround timelines and proactive communication on progress
• Adapt design output to print-ready specifications including bleeds, resolution, and colour profiles where applicable
• Manage the monthly content design calendar and deliver all assets on schedule
• Communicate proactively when timelines, briefs, or assets require clarification
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise designs without unnecessary back-and-forth
• Maintain organized file systems with clearly labeled, version-controlled design assets
• 2 or more years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating social media content design, campaign visuals, and multi-format work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are the primary tools for this role
• Strong understanding of social media design best practices across Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality work at volume and on deadline
• Experience adapting designs for multiple platform formats and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail — your files are print-ready, properly sized, and named correctly before delivery
• Self-directed and organized in a remote work environment
• Experience designing for healthcare, clinic, or medical environments — including patient education materials and clinic branding
• Background in print design including brochures, catalogues, exhibition graphics, and environmental signage
• Experience with presentation and pitch deck design (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides)
• Familiarity with Canva for client-accessible template creation
• Prior experience working with a monthly content retainer or agency model
• Adobe Photoshop — image editing and digital content creation
• Adobe Illustrator — vector graphics and brand asset creation
• Adobe InDesign — layout design for print and multi-page documents
