We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for design and a strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and more). In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and multimedia content across various platforms to support Trainocate's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is organized, manages multiple deadlines with precision, and delivers high-quality design work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and execute graphic design projects for both print and digital platforms, including marketing materials, social media content, email templates, website assets, presentations, brochures, and promotional videos.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines to deliver on-brand, visually appealing designs.
Produce and edit multimedia content such as video clips, animations, and infographics using Adobe Premiere Pro and other tools.
Maintain consistency and adherence to the company's visual identity across all materials.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure design work aligns with the marketing strategy and goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each is completed on time and to the highest standards.
Review and refine design concepts based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality and technical standards across various formats, including print and digital.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, software updates, and best practices in graphic design.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and think creatively to solve design challenges.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design is a plus.
Experience in motion graphics or 3D design is an advantage.
