As we scale our EMI and remittance operations amid 2025's fintech landscape—marked by real-time payments, embedded finance, blockchain integration, and sustainability initiatives—we are building a leadership team to drive innovation, regulatory compliance, and excellence across our dual-regulated ecosystem.

ACE Union is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including promotional materials, branding content, and marketing collateral. The role requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, develop innovative visual concepts, and revise designs in response to feedback. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field, possess at least three years of relevant experience, and demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute client vision– Work with internal stakeholders to understand the assignment, audience, and intended message. Create original visual designs that communicate the desired intentions in a visually appealing, creative, and unified way. Consult with team members as needed and revise projects when necessary based on feedback. Coordinate all production requirements and provide final approval notification.
• Design and detail – Design and select graphics, clip art, and photography as needed. Choose fonts for written copy and manufacture samples of layouts for approval by the client. Prepare samples for the client and appropriate staff for review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is highly preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expert in Adobe Suite and design software
• Ability to work independently on an assignment and as a member of a team
