As an existing Graphic Designer, you areconfident andboundary-pushing in your ideation,developmentand communicationconceptual vision into atangible creativesolutionthat’sinnovative,dynamicand memorable by flexing your cross-channelcreativeprowess in experiential,integratedcampaignsand digitalsocialmedia

We’relooking for someone who thrives in diverse team settings and is experienced inworking witheffectively withstrategists,creative directors,art directors, project managers, production, account leads and event production. Youare a high performingteam player who understands the need for creative collaboration, proactivethinkingand ownership ofcreative solutions throughon-pointtime management and unmatched attention to detail. You are cool under pressure and take pride insupportingyoung designersand creativesto deliver top notchcreativewith tight turns. Last, but certainly not least, we are looking for someone who champions our commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work culture.

  • Play a hands-on role in the delivery of outstanding creative and results, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment with strategists, PR/Comms, Partnerships and Experiential teams,deliveringcreativethatis on-brand, works hard and stands out amongst the rest.

  • Concept creative from brief to product with the ability to self-manageyour workload amidtight timelines.

  • Successfully advocate your creative ideas by confidently presenting to leadership,stakeholdersand clients.

  • Articulate and rationalize creative decisions with strategic insights.

  • Confidentlycontribute as partof both in-house creativeteams(across design, copy and conceptual disciplines) andworking with freelance specialists, committed to delivering high quality creative ideasthat arewell communicated anddemonstrably impactful.

You Have These:

  • 3-5years of experience within amarketingagency or similar setting

  • Proactive interest in design,creativityand wider cultural topics (fashion, sport,

  • music, entertainment, art etc.), sharing with your findings with peers and able

  • to integrate them into your work.

  • A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave,new ideas

  • A portfolio of creative projects thatdemonstratebrilliant thinking andhigh-qualityexecution (that you can articulate your role in developing)

  • The ability to adapt tonew ideas, processes, and business problems with ease and enthusiasm

  • Excellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal), creativeproblem-solvingand presentation skills

  • High levelof proficiencyinWord, Excel,PowerPointand Keynote A working knowledge of Google Slides and iCloud is alsorequired Theability to use other creative platforms such as Adobewould be an advantage.

  • Teamwork and collaboration are non-negotiable

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$53,081 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
