Littelfuse is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the growing needs of our CCDI Marketing team. This role plays a key part in creating clear, consistent, and visually compelling technical documentation and marketing collateral aligned with Littelfuse brand standards. It combines creativity with precision, supporting both technical accuracy and strong visual communication.
This position offers a remote work model with occasional visits to the Kaunas office.
Create and maintain technical documentation (datasheets, application notes, white papers) in alignment with Littelfuse corporate brand standards
Design and produce promotional marketing assets, including advertisements, brochures, digital collateral, and other supporting materials
Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs, including layout, formatting, color accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines
Recommend and implement design improvements to keep Littelfuse documentation and collateral visually modern and aligned with market expectations
Oversee stakeholder review cycles, ensuring correct color, scale, formatting, and layout prior to final production
Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and alignment with technical and marketing objectives
Support cross functional teams with design related needs and serve as a visual communication resource for the broader organization
Up to 1 year of experience in graphic design or related filed
Strong knowledge in creating structured technical documentation that requires precision, clarity, and consistency
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
Additional experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Microsoft applications is a plus.
Strong written and verbal English language skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong visual and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a structured, process oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Portfolio required
The salary range 2000 EUR gross – 2400 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
