Window Nation, one of the fastest-growing window replacement companies in the U.S., is seeking a Graphic Designer to support national and local marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
This role is responsible for executing high-quality creative across print, digital, video, and integrated 360° marketing campaigns. The  Graphic Designer will partner closely with the Creative Manager, copywriters, and cross-functional marketing teams to concept, design, and deliver compelling creative that drives brand awareness and performance.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works efficiently under tight timelines, and brings strong experience developing creative assets that perform consistently across paid media, traditional marketing, and digital platforms.
This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented designer who takes ownership of projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate understands that strong creative outcomes are driven by disciplined process, clear briefs, thoughtful iteration, and collaboration. They are comfortable asking strategic questions, identifying gaps, and contributing ideas that improve both the work and the workflow.

Core Role Responsibilities

•    Conceptualize and execute creative assets across 360° marketing campaigns, including print, digital, paid social, email, web, video, broadcast, and outdoor media.
•    Design high-impact marketing materials including direct mail, brochures, signage, landing page visuals, social media creative, display ads, and motion/video content.
•    Translate campaign strategies into cohesive visual systems that maintain brand consistency across all channels and markets.
•    Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining strong design quality in a high-volume production environment.
•    Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Traditional Marketing, and Analytics teams to deliver performance-driven creative solutions.
•    Support campaign ideation and contribute creative concepts aligned with marketing objectives and customer insights.
•    Prepare production-ready files for print and digital deployment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
•    Create motion graphics and assist with video editing for social, digital advertising, and brand storytelling initiatives.
•    Maintain and evolve brand standards across all creative executions.
•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
•    Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure all deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and production-ready.

Basic Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
•    3+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an in-house marketing or agency environment.
•    Demonstrated experience supporting integrated or 360° marketing campaigns.
•    Strong portfolio showcasing print, landing page,  digital, and motion/video work.
•    Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: 
   o    Photoshop
   o    Illustrator
   o    InDesign
   o    After Effects
   o    Premiere Pro
•    Experience designing for performance marketing and multi-channel campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

•    Ability to execute high-quality creative quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
•    Strong understanding of print production, digital design standards, and video formats.
•    Deep knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
•    Experience working within established brand systems while contributing creative innovation.
•    Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
•    Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
•    Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
•    Understanding of responsive design and social media best practices.
•    Experience working on national or multi-market campaigns.
